BOOKING CONFIRMATION

• The booking for the event decoration will be considered confirmed only on receipt of payment, Any additional decoration /properties/ item requested by the client which are not part of product description may incur extra charges and will be settled before event setup start and on day of event.
• The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, colour or design as per the availability.
• Some additional items might not be available for instant booking. Please do call us for confirmation.
• Helium balloons are not advisable for ballon decoration at home. we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties & safety purpose.
• We use removable tapes for decorations but also we do not take any guarantee for damage to paint, wall etc. To remove the removable tape after the event it is advisable wall paint safety to use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.
• Stool or ladder for decorations on ceiling will be provided by client.
• The Decoration will be best in condition upto 12 hours of decoration start time.
• Time Required for Decoration – 45 minutes to 2 hour approx.

CHANGES

Any changes to the decoration requirements must be communicated to the decoration team at least 24 our of the event date. We do not guarantee for such last-minute change or additional item requirement to make arrangement at event site.

VENUE ACCESS

• Decoration at flat, hotel room, society area, banquet, community hall etc necessary permission from respective authorities will be done by client. Any additional cost like cleaning, housekeeping, décor royalty, damage will be paid by client. The client is responsible for securing access to the venue for the purpose of decoration setup and teardown. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the decoration team against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event decorations.
• Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done. Please take care of your valuables.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep the Balloons away from Children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• 100% refundable of amount incase any cancellations made before 24 hr of the event date, you will not be charged and the booking payment will be refunded within 72 hour by same mode of payment.
• No refund of payment upon cancellation of the event before 24 hour and on the same day of the event. 100% of the advance payment will be charged as cancellation fees &forfeiture of the advance payment.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such case we will refund the advance money.
• No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
